14-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, clothing must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition. Original tags and packaging should remain attached and intact.

How to Request a Return

Email support@elitecabinetsupply.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After review, we may provide a replacement, replacement item, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Final sale items.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.

  • Items returned without authorization.

Return Shipping

If the return is caused by our error or the product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover applicable return shipping costs.

For returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted before the order is shipped. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process may apply.
